    Angry Pathetic service from Sony Ericsson Service center



    Dear Sir,

    I have submitted my Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini PRO (SK17i) at the following service centre on 4th of June 2012 under warranty for touch screen problem:

    SAP Mobile service Centre, Shop no. 2, Chandan Mansion, Gokhale Road, opp. Portugese Church, Dadar (W), Mumbai
    Work order number : SE31248810829


    They had promised that i will get the phone back in 7-10 days but it has been more than 55 days now and i still have not received my phone yet nor do i have any clarification on when i will get it.

    I have also contacted Sony ericsson Customer care to seek help but even from them i got a pathetic response and false commitments various times.

    Angry Poor Service by Redington India Pvt Ltd and HTC Service Center

    Hi, I have submitted my HTC Sensation Mobile for Service at Redington .M-47, GRD FLR, New Mkt Scheme, Old DLF Clny, Delhi RD, Gurgaon Sector-14, Gurgaon - 122001 on 9th of July 2012 due to i had a problem in Touch as its a new mobile harldy used only one month purchased in may 2012. They told me that i wll get it back with in 7-10 days, but even after 1month also am not getting proper reply or response form the service center Redington people they will tell me to contact HTC as now its under HTCS service center . When i conact the HTC service center some of them will told that the mobile is in Transit and i will get it by 7th August and when i spoked with some other he told that its showing still under process and kept for some other tests. As i make calls to Redington and HTC service center daily and told them about my situation . Acually i will be going for long vacation on 9th of August and i have clearly mentioned regarding this to both the service centers that i need my hand set prior i go for vacation.But they are not not considering my pain.

    Due to that i had metal tension regarding the mobile as i purchased for Rs.21,500
