Pls find below my request to Samsung Supportfor action on my complaint in New
Handset immediately post purchase.
Despite my repeated request's and reminders, no one is willing to listen or address
my complaint.
For them Rs 8000 means a small purchase and has no value during their prime sale
season. But for a service class person, such waste and hassel has been quite
disturbing.
Pls help in getting the matter addressed faster as I am facing loss in my daily
working due to this defective handpiece despite spending my hard earned money...
