i bought samsung mobil from One mobile,g-17,ground floor plot no 5,sector -4,Dwarka,New Delhi-75.Details of mobile are as under

the same mobile got non functional on 18 Jul 2009, and it was given for repairs to mDR SERVICES INDIA PVT LTD ,UG 30,SUNEJA TOWER DISTRICT CENTER, JANAKPURI, NEW DELHI-18

even after 40 days the Sumsung india has not repaired the mobile phone,
I have written 10 mails to sumsung support but they have not done any thing till today, I,have also spoken to consumer support services around 10 times and visited mdr services 3 times ,but all these efforts are in waste. I reuested Samsung to replace the hand set or refund the bill amount but they are not agree for the same .
May i request your indulgence for the resolution of the case.
