Item : Blackberry Storm 9530 with 3G
I purchased a mobile - Blackberry Storm 9530 with 3G from Naaptol on 27th April 2012, order number3887038 and got it delivered through Blue Dart. What I got was a defect piece. First of all this was a piece under Verizon contract that was unlocked and at the time of purchase they never mentioned this. In the 3G network, it never works and the mobile reboots itself every few seconds. If I select 2G&3G network it reboots every 10-15 minutes. If I choose 2G network the mobile reboots during conversation. The data cable provided along with as accessories is a defect one. To restore my contacts and other data from my old Blackberry I had to take it to a store and spend Rs.250.
The mobile stopped working on 17th June and with no other options I purchased another handset.
After a lot of pain and follow up with Naaptol’s and Vendor’s support team the vendor asked me to send back the phone for repair for which I said I don’t want it get repaired but I want my money back. They asked me to send it Blue Dart couriers and they will not charge anything if I mentioned the account code. But Blue Dart office refused to accept the parcel citing they need the confirmation mail from Naaptol regarding the account code. Since June 28th I’m asking the Naaptol support to send a mail to Blue Dart. Even after a lot of follow up they are not doing the same. This is cheating and fraud from their end.
Please help me to recover my money.

Naaptol is very smart company. Today one lady executive called me and asked to call her on 9223446148 from Blue Dart office so that she can confirm the account code to Blue Dart executive. My friend went there with the parcel and tried calling on the number. Nobody picks up the phone and he wasted 3 hours calling them every 10 min. Cheating patent should be given to Naaptol.
Believe me, from this Consumer Court site itself I found 100s of complaint against Naaptol. The cursing of average people like me who struggles hard to make each rupee can create a flood. And Naaptol is not big enough to survive that flood and even Noah's Ark may not be able to carry them.
