I bought a Blackberry 9360 handset on 18 March, 2012. I am facing issues with the handset ever since i bought it. I am facing the following issues :

1) The phone restarts at any time. It just shuts down and restarts. I have to wait for it to boot up again before i resume my work again.
2) The phone hangs very often. Total processing halt. Nothing works when it happens. The keypad stops responding. My number becomes unreachable and nobody can contact me either by call or text message. The only solution that works is removing the battery and inserting it again.

I approached a blackberry service center (Pitam Pura, New Delhi) regarding these problems. I have given them my phone three times for the same issue.

1) First time they did an on the spot software upgrade. It did not solve my problem and i had to visit them again after a week.
2) Second time they kept the phone for 15 days. I was told it'll be sent to Blackberry for servicing. My problem wasn't solved then too and i had to visit them again.
3) Third time they kept my phone for 25 days, which is way above the stated Service Level Agreement. On the top of that, my problem is still not solved.

The handset is still not functioning properly. It restarts anytime. It hangs. There is recurrent processing halt with no returning back from it.

It is causing me a lot of inconvenience since my work demands me to be on the phone a lot and reachable all the times.

Please advice me how i can get my problem solved. Its not even been 4 months since i bought it and its giving me a lot of problems.
