I have bought one Micromax Mobile from Ansh Communication, Near AF School, Rajeev Nagar, Gurgaon on 18th Jul 09. Same day it hanged and I take it back to the shopkeeper. He asked me to go to the authorised repair agency. I asked him to take it by himself but they keep it with them and sent to repair Agency RT Outsourcing, Sector 14 on 28 Jul 09, with there person Named Rajesh. After that it took almost two month and they could not repair it. In the last on 22nd Sep 09 RT Outsourcing gave me a DOA letter and asked me to go to the shopkeeper to change the mobile, but shopkeeper refused to change it.

Now I am unable to find out how to do and go further.

Please suggest.

To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.

Myself Pawan from Lucknow. I purchased a Micromax Mobile C2i from a stores in Lucknow on 30/09/09. I found that sound is very low, I done all possible setting & checked the network at all over city & found it still slow. Quickly, I deposited it at Micromax authorised service centre RT Outsourcing, Hazratganj, Lucknow on 12th Oct. 09, with the assurance that it will be rectified within 2-3 days. After that my all calls, I found same response that parts is not available & it will repaired only after receipt the parts from Micromax.
I took the number of responsble person at Micromax & also mailed my problem Micromax's Director Sumeet & staff members Ratnakar, Sundeep & Brijesh (RT Outsourching) but i have not found any suitable response anywhere.
but i got same day reply from service centre that my set is ok & this is company features.
I would suggest to all reader that please do not buy this set. You can buy ZTE/Huawai/Samsung cheaper set costing Rs. 700-1500 with sound clearty & otherthings & you will satisfied.
Please do not buy this set any how otherwise you may be in trouble like me.
