    I am purchase samsung mobile on june 2010 after 3
    months headfone is not work i am go to samsung
    survice center at kandivali west who day by day
    postpon my replace headfone to resolve and month of oct
    2010 my mobile fm is not work and now who say i call u within 2 - 3 month i am buy mobile because it have fm as my allready one
    complaint is not solve so please do in favour of me

    Unhappy complain against bad service

    Sir,
    I have purchased the samsung mobile,model no:c3010 and imei no:356104/03/108131/8.It was purchased from Hot spot retails Ltd ,sec-11 panipat{Haryana} last year dated 19/10/09,now it has charging and display problem ,so i take my mobile to the samsung service cenre dated 1,NOV 10 ,and firstly they said that there is charging jack problem ,so they clean the jack and charged two hundred rupees for cleaning and don't give me any bill of repairs,but my charging problem is not solved by them ,they said this is our sevice charge ,you have to pay it and come again next day ,so i visit again then they said your mobile's mother-board is dead ,which is two thousand rupees and when i talked to their seniors they said your mobile's battery is dead ,which i purchased one day from the market.Now i am very much mentally disturb due to this and my business is also suffering due to their bad services.
    So pls kindly take strict action against this matter.

    Sir/Madam,
    My name is Chandan Makhija. I have purchased the handset "M POWER, SCH F-219" dated 3-05-210. After a lapse of only 1 months problems occured.
    PROBLEMS:-There is no call receiving .
    There is occassionly no display of Phone NO.
    there is probably most of the time no ring alert of incoming call.

    I have handover my Set 6 times to ur nearest service center i.e Ashiyana Service center, lucknow

    But Alass! we didn't got satisfactory result from them everytime.

    Due to these all problem I have faced a huge loss & Depression in my daily life.
    I am feed up of your service.

    Default earphones not replaced

    hi,

    i bought samsung corby pro (model no. GT - B5310) on 08/08/2010. i submitted the earphones for replacement on 09/10/2010 at samsung care, shop-117, first floor, block -IV, Ganga Shopping Complex, sec-29, Noida. but i have not received my earphones till date. every time i call i get different excuse. its more than 40 days.
    their way of behaving wirh customer and response is pathetic.

    please consider my application.

    Default Complaint of sevice centre at 24/18-b shyam sunder buliding ,the mall , kanpur

    I had purchased a samsung mobile sch - f219 on 2/2/10 . From last two months there is a problem in the set that after sometime it automatically changes to silent mode and the ring and vibrate mode is de- activated .i had given the mobile for repairing at the service centre twice vide service memo no 6723 and 7177 .both the time they had taken 8-10 days for software change. Today i have given the set once again as the problem has occured once again vide receipt memeo no-7723. Now they are saying that it will take another 10 days for repairing. The staff present there ms kirti and mr vinit are totally misbehaving and saying that wat we can we do as samsung company is not providing the spares on time. Kindly look into the matter and reply

    I am using SAMSUNG Mobile phone from last many years, recently i have bought SAMSUNG METRO 3G from HOTSPOT (Authorized dealer from ROHTAK(HARYANA)).After one month my mobile battery are dead and my phone show switch off then i talked to the near samsung care center. After meeting him I realized that I did a BIG-MISTAKE by buying SAMSUNG Mobile because they talked me that here no stock available for ur battery and give me many dates

    I hereby request you to give me justice. My mobile is in warranty period. Please ask your Customer Care Center to take my case and get my mobile repaired before the guarantee period get over.

    Exclamation Very poor/Bad service in Samsung service center at Hosur

    I have given my 3212 mobile for service last two months back ,still now it is not rectified my problem .Almost more than 20 times i went to service center and also discussed same with Mr Prem and Ms Bhuvana,each every time they asked lead time , finally they told refund the amount of the mobile and they given GRMS number ,with branch head mobile number also (Mr velmurugan) finally i called him & discussed the same finally there is no result .

    I am using SAMSUNG Mobile phone from last 3.5 mnths nd bougt it from gift-o-shoppe shop from SAHARANPUR(UP)).After 15 DAYS my mobile STARTS creating problem of RESTART randomly. then i talked to the near samsung care center 4 TIMES thereafter.     I have bought samsung mobile E-2120 was having in a circuit problem..

    My mobile is in warranty period.I have given that mobile in the samsung service centre on 01/11/10 for repairing and they told that you will get the mobile within 10 days.Today is 01/12/10 and they haven't repaired my cellphone till now near about more than 1 months have passed.the service center of samsung is away from my house and i have visited there more than 15 times during this time period .They also told me before 2 days that you will get a 2morrow still now it has not been repaired..
    I had great loss and mental harassment from them.I hereby request you to give me justice.

    Angry Regarding Mobile Samsung Galaxi 3 5801

    I have purchased samsung Galaxi 3 5801 on dated 10/10/10.. I am not happy with this as software is not able to hold network.. line is getting dropped Continuously . i had logged complent twice but no boday is working on it.. I had talk with Area manager (Thane) Mr. Prashant but not getting anything without false commitement.. I have logged comlent with samsung i.e 8407936606 and last one month and workorder number is WA99001028440. I am just doing followup but no body is looking in to it.

    Default Regarding Activation of 3G connection of galaxy 5 GT 15503YKAINU

    I have purchased samsung Galaxi 3 5 GT 15503YKAINU on dated 27/11/10.. I am not able to activate 3G connection with this as software. i had visited the wardha samsung repairing centre .but they confuse me tellling it doesn`t support 3G connection. Then I went to Nagpur from where I bought it but they didn`t pay attention as the product is sold he don`t take responsibility.can anyone help me to solve the problem.

Last time in the month of December2010 I was in Lucknow and I contacted both the service centres of Samsung but I was told that it is not available. What to do this mobile? I wrote to company so many times to help me and made it available,but No response from the Samsung India.

    The customer service center at Mayur VIhar is A big Fuck. I Don't know the people are working here are bloody illiterate people they got one solution for each and every problem that is Software updation. It was one my worst experience at SAMSUNG.

    God Bless this SAMSUNG company which is relying on these illiterate people..!!

    Default Sub: Cheating customers and no service

    Hello Sir/ Madam,

    Greetings,

    We bought Samsung model C5212 (GT-C5212RRAINS) Dual SIM on 12-Dec-2010, within one month the mobile got repaired. The problem is when we Power ON the mobile got hanged up. Sometimes mobile gets ON but in few mins it gets OFF automatically. So we gave to Service center (authorised center) on 13-Jan-2011 (Within month of purchase we gave to repair, very good product of SAMSUNG). They too checked the mobile and accepted the complaint. Gave us Complaint copy (Work Order no: WA61051012916) and told us “once the mobile got ready we will call you.”, But we didn’t get any reply. So on 19-Jan-2011 we called to them, and got same reply “ the mobile was not repaired. We will call once it got finished..”. Still now we didn’t get any call from the service center. One good thing is we got a call from SAMSUNG customer center – Delhi regarding the fault and she too noted down the fault.

    How good product you manufactured, is this mobile passed all your quality checks? Within one month your product got repaired, also good customer service. GOOD keep it up SAMSUNG. You have bright future.
