    Default Problem with corby touch panel

    Hi,

    I have purchased corby samsung mobile in January 2010 with in three months of time there was a problem with touch panel. I took it to the service center at JM road in pune where the service man repaired and give it back with in 2-3 seconds , I donot have any idea what he did in those 2-3 sec as soon as he gave back it was working fine., but within 20 days the touch panel is not working so i went again and asked the service man to change the panel till date they are not able to get the panel replaced. I want to file a case regarding selling of default piece by samsung and not replacing the piece which is under warranty. what is the procedure?

    Question B3410 phone is not working since i have bought it.

    This is to draw your kind attention towards my samsung mobile phone issue. I have purchased samsung mobile B3410 on 25th may 2010. only for a single day it was working fine but at second day it started creating problem. The slider display of the phone started creating problem like flicker in LCD and started hanging problem after that very soon.I have visited your samsung service center located at Moti Nagar in New delhi on 3rd july with the same problem. They told me that there is no broken case or any other damage in the phone moreover it is in warranty so, we will repair it with in 5-7 days days. My complaint no. is 7393 registered with the name of Pooja Sharma.when i call them on 7th day they told me it will take another 2-3 days as there is a part to be changed. then i called them on the given day they provided me the handset without any improvement in that, there was still the same problem in the phone.I met there manager Mr. Manjeet Singh he provided me the assurance that will provide the handset by day after tomorrow. The same story happened again but today after 21 days i have not received my handset infact the engineer Murari, Mohit , Prabjit anybody is not able to found the exact problem. I am calling them on daily basis to get the status moreover i have visited the place 8 times. But not getting correct information. Now there Manager Manjeet Singh is not picking up my call. I am not using any handset since 3rd july.

    Could you please let me know is there any service window for this or these guys are just making fool of customers?
    Now these guys are playing with the customers emotions moreover they are spoiling the name and brand SAMSUNG also.Request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.

    Default auto battry and network laps

    Dear Sir / Madam

    I brought Samsung Mobile Phone on 22.09.2009 from Bhopal. Last 5 month ago
    my cell phone got switched off automatically it was not starting up also 1st time I gave it
    to Samsung service centre A.B.M. Enterprises Near Moti Masjid Bhopal they called me its manufacturing fault and they replaced my cell phone. But some time after again same problem and he replaced my cell phone but now time my cell phone again this problem .at least I gave my cell phone on Samsung Service Centre minimum 8 time. I am worried and so troubled. you tell me what to do?

    Very bad service and very bad responce, behaviour in samsung mobile service center(BSR Services, 7, Vishwakarma Chambers, Majura gate, Surat)

    I purchase brand new samsung monte S5620 on 17.07.10 imei no. 352053041433403 Itook my mobile on above service center regarding display problem (work order no. WA 60761017393 on 29.07.10) They say that they dont have spares to change the display.... I asked when will they get the spares ,they are saying not sure and need time.....Ihad great business loss and mental harassment from them..
    Samsung higher official kindly take this issue Kindly provided spares time to time
    Kindly monitor all service center...

    Respected sir,
    This is to inform you that my handset is pending since the 29th of July,2010 in samsung service center with a display problem.
    It had to be delivered on the 1st of august but whenever i call the person in charge Mr.Manoj Srivastava tells me it is pending not giving me the exact date of delivery.Also when i try to contact him he ignores my phone call and by chance if he recieves my call he abuses and says it his not his problem.
    I have also tried to complaint against him number of times at your call centres , helpline numbers and even the head pffice in Gungaon.
    So it is my sincere request to you to please look into the matter personalyand take some serious action against Mr Manoj Srivastava who does not have any politeness and respect towards his customers and the company he works in.
    Details regarding my handset are enclosed below.
    I request you to please give me justice.

    respected sir,
    my self ujjwal kumar mishra .i bought one Samsung metro3310 in month of April . one after three month that mobile mother board r not working that is said by the Samsung service center guy .i give him that set he promised me to return after 10n days .when i visit his service center after 12 days even the set is just like that and he want another 10 days now my all work on phones .and i refused to give then he return my set and said j a nahe banata do whatever u want now u tell me this is your service .i spit on Samsung guys no mater my money is gone but now i complain in consumer cort let she then even i visit media also

    Respected Sir/mam,

    I have bought samsung mobile Metro 5200 was having LCD problem.(EMEI no.356015031069121)

    My mobile is in warranty period.I have given that mobile in the samsung service centre Khatima Branch ( UK) on 20/7/10 for repairing and they told that you will get the mobile within 7 days.Today is 1/09/10 and they haven't repaired my cellphone till now near about more than 1.5 months have passed.the service center of samsung is near abut 5 kms from my house and i have visited there more than 6 times during this time period and also called many times.They also told me before 3 weeks that you will get a your hand set in refund within three or Four days .but yet not got my mobile.
    I had great business loss and mental harassment from them.I hereby request you to give me justice.

    i bought a Samsung S3500 abt eight months ago .and just recently the ear piece just went dead and thre camera just started showing a bright green colour when i tuned to take a photo,now all it says is CHECK CAMERA CONNECTION and it does not connoect. this all happened at the same time ,dnt know wat is wrong with it hev nt gotten to getting it fixed since i work out of town.I am very dissapointed coz I really love my 4phone and changing phones means i change brands.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My Name is Devendra N Belwalkar.
    I have purches new Samsung mobile Model No. E1100T, IMEI No. 357679035767631,
    from Alfa shop, Irla, Andheri-West, Mumbai.
    From the first day I was facing the network issue with this handset. First I confirmed with that issue & then gone to Alfa shop.
    But they refuse to replace & said me to go to service center. So, left the issue as it is & started to use the phone as it is.
    After 02 months my samsung mobile start the new issue AUTO SHUT OFF. So, now I went to Samsung Service Center, M. G. Road, Goregaon - West, Mumbai - 400 062.
    1) My First Complaint on 19/07/2010 in Samsung Service Center :
    They take my phone for repairing on 19/07/2010, Work Order No. 2526. They said me that planner board need to be replaced & it will take time for 20 days.
    After 20-25 days on I received that mobile on 15/08/2010 evening. But I cann't use that phone. Cause now phone started the beep problem.
    2) My Second Complaint on 17/08/2010 in Samsung Service Center :
    For that again I goes to Samsung Service Center on 17/08/2010 evening. Service thechnician did something give it back to me & said Sir problem get solved u can use the phone.
    3) My Third Complaint on 17/08/2010 in Samsung Service Center :
    So, I go to home with mobile & found on monday 20/08/2010 that problem was still not solved. So, again I came to service center & again They kept my mobile for repairing purpose.
    4) My Fourth Complaint on 21/08/2010 in Samsung Service Center with new Work Order No :
    This time my Work Order No. was 3682, dt. 21/08/2010. Again they said me that 15 days will take to repaire. This time they took my mobile battery also.
    I received my mobile on 03/09/2010, Service Center had lost my mobile battery. So, they gave me replacement battery.
    I came to home & found that this time also Service Center did not repaired my mobile. So, again I go to the Service Center & left my mobile to them.
    5) My Fifth Complaint on 04/09/2010 in Samsung Service Center :
    This is my 3rd Work Order No. 4094, dt.04/09/2010.

    Pls help me in this matter. I wants my money back.

    Default Complaint about My Samsung Omnia

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I had purchased my Samsung Omnia I900i Touch Screen Mobile in Dec 2009 for Rs.32,000 from Classic Centre in Chembur ,Mumbai .
    After 3 months ,the touch screen had a problem ,so through dealer I gave it to the service centre at Bhandup ,named Touch Solution for repair .It got repaired and was given back to me .But After few months again I faced problem ,as the mobile started behaving very wearied,opening any application at any time.This happened in the month of May 10 .I again gave it to my same dealer ,who in turn gave it to the Touch solution ,Samsung Authorised Servcie centre at Bhandup,Mumbai and its been lying with them for past 3 months .

    The 1st reply I got from him was that mother board was not available .when I told I needed the mobile back ,he some how repaired the same and gave it back to me and this time half reparied and to my surprise one side of my mobile was broken ,I could see the hardware of the mobile very clearly .I gave the mobileback to the dealer who in turn again gave it back to the Service Centre and stillling with them with no sign of recovery.

    I called your service centre and they registered my complaint and then directed me to your Service Centre at Santacruz .When I called
    Santacruz Service Centre ,they replied to me ,that we are currently renovating our office and in no position to ENTERTAIN YOUR CALL .
    Again I took this matter to your service centre and he directed me towards Samsung Servcie Centre at Kurla .And I spoke to some one called Mr. Shoiab who took my feedback and was suppose to call me .Its been now more than 2 weeks I havent received any call from him . I called him today and he doesnt even acknowledged my call ,telling me we have not recieved any complaint .

    I am tired of calling people and jumping from here and there .Can I get a resolution on this AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .Either I need my Rs. 32000 back or replace it with a new mobile .

    After complaning the service centre decided to give me by 6th sep 2010 ,but till date no response from them .
    I have sent several chaser to the Samsung service centre but they are not responding my mail.
    I am fed up sending several mails to samsung but of no avail.
