I have purchased corby samsung mobile in January 2010 with in three months of time there was a problem with touch panel. I took it to the service center at JM road in pune where the service man repaired and give it back with in 2-3 seconds , I donot have any idea what he did in those 2-3 sec as soon as he gave back it was working fine., but within 20 days the touch panel is not working so i went again and asked the service man to change the panel till date they are not able to get the panel replaced. I want to file a case regarding selling of default piece by samsung and not replacing the piece which is under warranty. what is the procedure?
