    Respected Sir/mam,

    I have bought samsung mobile SGH L 700 was having Battery Back Up problem.(EMEI no.35822402249657/8)

    My mobile is in warranty period.I have given that mobile in the samsung service centre on 1/12/2009 for repairing and they told that you will get the mobile within 08 days.Today is 10/12/2008 and he told me your hand set have battery problem so i will replace your battery in between ten days, but till date he can not replace my battery. I also called many times.They also told me before 2 weeks that you will get a new battery .but yet not got the Battery.
    I hereby request you to give me justice.

    Hi,

    I would like to state my plight with the samsung service centre for which address is metion below with the work order & model dtails & would like to highlight something important about the service provided by a Samsung Mobile Service Centre. The address and contact number of that service centre is given below:

    on 21 jan 2010, i went to service center to repair my cell phone due to battery problem. so they change my battery .but then now the problem is remain the same, so i went to service center once again and they take my phone to repair and after 3-4 days they gave me my phone, then after 1 day,i find a new problem in my phone i.e. my dual sim phone does not work together . so i go again on 26-02-2010 till now they don't gave me phone 15-16 days have past and today date is 14-03-2010.

    when i try to make a call to above numbers then they reply after giving detail of job sheet that we call you after 5 min but they never call, i try it many times and they also don't make a call when the phone is repaired...

    I purchased my phone on 2-01-2010 .The Work Order Number given by the service centre for my cell phone is WA58531012579. The work order was made in the name of shashi kumar.Model of the cell phone is Samsung GT-C5212, I.M.E.I. IS 3533500318666207 AND S.NO. IS RW1SC57510M

    hi sir/madam

    am purchased samsung s3310 modle mobile on 22-11-2009 ....after 3months it has some problem (speaker not work properly) so i will go to samsung service center at elephanthouse(groundfloor)
    ameerpet x road hyderabad-500016,phone 040-44113323,they rectified my problem,in some days it has some problem(software ) i will go to same service center says my problem they repair it(at that time what am saying is am purchased this mobile in 3months before but has contain company problems like speaker not work,software..........) service center employee says if u face again the same problem i(service center employee) send this mobile to samsung company...at some days am facing same problem i will go to same service center, i will give the mobile and says my problem ,,,they says that it (my mobile) send it to company , u come after 10 r 15 days later ..am gone after 12days later they give my mobile once again ...at that time i know that they will not send to company............................what my problem is am purchased this mobile in 3months before but it has so many problems .... in warrentty period they repair freely at the time of invalid warrenty period the same problems once again occur how much money am spent to it.
    i want replace my problem mobile to new mobile it is compulsary

    I have bought samsung mobile SGH J700 was having some problem.

    My mobile is in warranty period.I have given that mobile in the samsung service they keep it for 20 days to change the motherboard then after that within 5-6 days it has again got dead. Then on 27th March'2010 i gave them for repair.Now its about 1month they are not doing anything and they had jst kept in hand set. I m suffering from many problems because of their lazyness.The service center of samsung is in "Sec- 8, Rohini Delhi, and my work order no. is "3523" .
    I had great bussiness loss and mental harassment from them.I hereby request you to take some action .

    sir.i paurchase samsung mobile model f219 date 07-4-2010 but after 10 dayes i interest memory card in my phone phone not deduct memory card.i am go to service center but samsung service not solved my problem

    Hi,

    I have purchased Samsung Mobile in 25th January 2010. The company (Samsung) claims that they will provide us replace warranty (If company will not able to solve the problem within seven days). After two month of using this phone I got a problem related to USB and other minor / major problems. I went to service centre (Barrackpore Samsung Mobile Service Centre, Near – 15 No. Rail Gate, Lalkothi, Barrackpore, Kolkata, West Bengal) and told them my problem. They asked a Xerox copy of bill and given. After that day they called me after seven day. I went then they again call me after seven days. I went again then they again called me after seven days. Thus they have killed my 20 valuable days.

    Finally, I contact directly to Samsung Company near about 10 days before, after calling there they (Samsung Mobile Executive) asked me my details till 15 minutes and they told that your problem would be solved. Even they give me Barrackpore Samsung Mobile Service Center’s Franchisee holder named “S Chatterjee (9230529669)”. Yet they are neither able to solve my problem nor responding in proper manner. I don’t know whether they are playing with me or providing me the appropriate service.

    To whomsoever it may concern
    1. This is to bring to your kind notice that i am an army officer and have purchased a samsung mobile phone model sch w-299 from dewan enterprices, bathinda in sep 2009.
    2. After a few months, the touch screen became non functional and the phone was sent to service centre for repairs. This was in the month of march 2010 and the phone was under warranty period.work order number is wa02401010339 dated 19 mar 2010 (scanned copy att)
    3. I was told that the phone has been sent to the company and shall be repaired. However, the phone was returned to me on 26 apr 2010 saying that the set has been repaired. During the above period, no replacement phone was given to me and i had to manage as tata indicom phones are not compatable with gsm phones.
    4. As soon as i recd the phone, i returned it to the company service centre as it had some technical problem on 26 apr 2010. This time i had taken a receipt of the same, a copy of which is attached.
    5. I was told that the company is to change the set or return my money. Now even after contacting devan enterprices and mr anish of the service centre, there is no response. All i hear is that the set is in chandigarh/ludhiana etc. The stand by set given to me is not commensurate to my stature and rank i hold.
    6. I am deeply distressed by the actions and events occurred so far and have no option but to seek legal action in return to the problems faced by me.
    7. I have full faith in your system of work and am using samsung mobiles for a long time now. Please help me get a refund or provide me a new phone on priority.
    8. Please channelise this letter to the highest concerned authoruty.

    dear sir,
    i bought an samsung omnia pro b7320. After one month i cell starts hanging, it resolves after some time after that i was unable to connect to internet via mobile then i went to see some option after lot of trouble i do get it. now my mobile battery is just not supporting more than 8 hous time. how the manufacturer has launched the mobile with such problem r they didn't carry out any R & d of such set. i do not get software for my set. Is the battery is covered under gaurantee as just after 3 month it started creating problem or should i change my phone.

    i have a samsung 250 D which was gifted to me by my brother. i was happy with the phone but one day i started to have problems with it as i could not hear the person on the phone but the person could hear me speak. i gave my phone to samsung customer service senter in Gurgaon sector 31 market. i was promised that i will get back my phone in 2 days. i reach back to collect my phone they say that the part has not reached them which they had to change. I wanted that is writing so a ASM of that store when down to check and he found that part which was to be replaced so the samsung people just "LIE" on the face of the customers. I was asked to wait for 30 mins as they would give me there n then. When i came back with my phone i saw that Samsung people had taken out my "memory card". "IS THIS THE WAY THEY HIRE TOP ACTORS IN INDIAN TO CHEAT PEOPLE." THIEF SAMSUNG IS.
    AND I WAS TOLD ALSO BY THE PERSON THERE EVEN IF I WRITE TO SAMSUNG INDIAN NOTHING WILL HAPPEN ALSO. AND WAS ALSO TOLD THAT I SHOULD MENTION THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE CHANGE TO GIVE BACK TO ME

    I am feeling big trouble in my samsung mobile model no. SCH 379 purchased by me on 22.07.09. As such, till date i have got repaired my phone from service centre 7 times the job card no. are 20436, 18348, 23082,24965,27172 but my phone is not working proper, even the card of phone has been changed. After 7 times repairing i am assured that my phone have manufacturing defect. So please change my phone as within warranty period. Samsung is so big brand name it cant imagine that company product would create so much problem to customer. So reply at the earliest is solicited.Thanking You.

    If you are facing the same problem with your Samsung SCH 379 again and again even after many repair by the Parent company, it means the problem is irreparable and the product is faulty and need to be replaced. For that you need to register your complaint with their Customer care, and in case you are not satisfied with Customer Care response then send a written notice to the CMD of Samsung, mention all the details in it, attach all the photocopy of relevant documents like bill, and the job sheet and ask them for the refund/replacement within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.

    Respected Sir/mam,

    I have bought samsung mobile s5233W was having touch screen problem.

    My mobile is in warranty period.I have given that mobile in the samsung service centre at abibulla road on 15/6/10 for repairing and they told that you will get the mobile within 4 days but they were not given my mobile on that day and again they told 2more days after 2 days i called them they said again 2 more days then i called them they said your spare has not come and it will come today evening u can collect your mobile on tommorrow then i went on that day again they said your mobile spare not yet come then i shouted at them and they said on 5/7/10 you can recieve your mobile but i didnot have trust on them i asked in the written formate then they written in the work order then i called on 5/7/10 they told me to collect my mobile in the evening i there but they said not yet ready then i asked angry handover my mobile with out servicing and give it in a written form that the mobile cant repair but they did not give my mobile and the written format also and again they commited on 7/7/10 again i called to them but they said not yet ready very simply now they commited on 13/7/10 i dont know what i have to do.I had great business loss and mental harassment from them.I hereby request you to give me justice.
