The Samsung servicing is so unreliable in Trivandrum, i gave my phone (GT-I5801) for servicing two weeks back and still i didn't get my phone back, each time i call them they say the spare hasn't arrived yet, try calling again next week.
And those guy's at the desk, they don't have a clue about what's going on. First they tell me the servicing charge is Rs. 200 and then ten minutes later they say its Rs. 400. And it seems they are charging me Rs. 2500 for the broken touch pad?
The servicing is so BAD that it makes me wonder why i bought this phone for Rs. 12,500

The Samsung servicing is too bad in Ludhiana, i gave my phone (GT-B,5310) for servicing one weeks back and still i didn't get my phone back, each time i call them they say your mobile is not fine i will give you tomorrow' this such type of commitment again & again given by them to me but i didn't get it till now.
The problem is in mobile touch problem & PC connectivity. Bill no.4129510149

sir i had bought samsung galaxy sl i9003 on nov 7 in madurai .. within 6 month i am facing lots of problem in it . first software has been crashed .. and then battery has been keep on exhaust. and now they are telling there will be prob in circuit . is this the quality of samsung . for buying samsung smart phone why i need to suffer this much . pl respond to my id blackredhari@gmail.com

I PURCHASED SAMSUNG GALAXY W from Sabia in Saudi Arabia, I found my mobile was switching of frequently & not charging within 10 days of use. The same thing informed to show room where I took. The took back my cell & sent to Riyadh for repair. Its alraedy 40 days over, still my mobile not repaired.

The services offered mu SAMSUNG are very poor.

in service center of ahmedabad, satellite,shivranjni. they charge high for only cheking of mobile rs.70 .and i went for my memory card which is free with my samsung mobile it is autometically corrupt they told me we will give you after 2 days .they should have to take care of customer and if memory card arrived at center they dont even inform by calling. improve your service and dont miss your customer by behaving like this.
