I have purchased LG mobile(Model No: - RD3500) in November 2008 with the warranty of 1 years. There was some problem in handset in july 2008. I have submited my handset to sukutri communication at 1st of august 2009. (i.e authorized service center of LG Mobile) When i have enquired about my handset then service center reffused for the warranty preiod and i went there more than 25 times in one and half month. After One and half month service center told me we don't have your handset. I have the receipt of mobile purchase and the jobsheet of LG service center. Please do the needful.
