i have been cheated by nokia. I am from jaipur and i bought a new nokia cell phone before 2 months from my hometown. From the frist date it was hanging almost twice a day. When i made a call to nokia on 30303838 he asked me to update software by internet. When i tried that the process was nt getting cmpleted. So on 25/jun/2012 i gave my cell to nokia care service. They gave me job sheet and delivery date of same day. After 2 hours when i went back there they asked me to come after 2 days. When i made a call after 2 days they made excuse and asked for more 4 days. Today when i again called them they didin't answerd properly and disconned the call. I am finding myself helpless. Hope you people make any solution. My job sheet no. Is 108433527/120625/80. The care centre is at A-17, krishna nagar 1st, tonk road, jaipur.
