    Default Complaint against sony ericsson service centre

    this september 2009 i had met One fault in my phone .i was go to sony
    ericsson authorised service centre.they told me it is software problem
    we can solve The problem at rs 356.but they make one new problem,they
    repaired my phone mic. I ask them but they didnot gave proper
    answer.and they cheat me. Now i am unsatisfied for the service centre
    activity and i am mentaly upset.so take action for the service
    centre..

    Default Spoilt my display

    Hi am Deepak. I gave my sony ericsson w850i mobile for repair at sony ericsson service center, khairathabad. They sent me a sms of estimation. Then decided not to repair it. when they call me i was in office & was unable to answer. But tried back calling the number same there no answer. after 2-3 days when i went to collect my mobile they said they repaired it. Even then i was ready to take coz i thought why to fight when u repaired. But after seeing it i was pissed off. the display got some lines now, its damaged. I spoke to Jagdish (contact # 9866733119) he doesn't even know how to speak to a customer. He's blaming me saying that this issue was already existing. If this is the case am not bothered abt mobile keep the mobile with. Finally i wanna say your service sex.

    Thumbs down poor service and not repairing

    Hi i m abhinav and mere pas sony ericsson u100i h aur 22 july ko hardware ki wajah se mera pura keypad burn ho gya h aur apke service centre wale kehte h ki unki fault nhi h blki hamari h ,pr ye btaye ki agr hardware ki wajah se mera keypad kharab ho gya to isme kiska fault h and mera phone abhi warranty me h aur ye log keypad badal ne k liye 550 rs mang rhe h so i request u to plz repair my phone

    Default bad service of sony ericsson

    hello sir.

    I am vishal patel. I have sony ericssion vivaz pro(u8i). I have a problem in handset connection in my phone that's why i gave it to sony ericssion authorize service center (accel frontline) at baroda. My workorder number is SE311ABR11074. Service center engineer told me that my piece will be ready on next day. On next day when i called them to ask that my phone is ready or not? they told me that my phone is ready and i will take it. when i check my phone i have the same problem they didn't take care of my problem for that i given to them. then i talked to one engineer of them he told me that they need to change the main board. And it will take 10 days. today is 15th day and i didn't got my phone. I complained 2 times to company call center and my complaint number is 90465293. call center person told me that they will be talk action in 48 hour. And there is no serious action taken on that.

    I think that company didn't take care of their old customers and their complaints.

    Today i call to customer care and they told me that it will take more 7-10 days. And he is not promised to give me my piece repaired in 7-10 days.
    Because of this bad service i never going to buy sony ericssion phone in future. And i suggest my friends to didn't buy sony ericssion phone for getting this bad service. U can understood that a person purchase 25000- phone and got this type of service what will he fills...tell me reason why should i buy sony ercssion phone?????

    Angry Dissatisfaction with sony ericssson service center

    THIS IS A HUMBLE COMPLAINT REGARDING SONY ERICSSON SERVICE .I AM J.VIKASH A SONY ERICSSSON YARI U100I MOBILE PHONE USER(RETAIL INVOICE NUMBER:0980,DT:28/06/2010 OF SANGAM ELECTRONICS, BERHAMPUR, ORISSA) GOT A PROBLEM WITH THE DISPLAY OF THE PHONE AND DUE TO WHICH I HAD TO APPROACH THE AUTHORISED SONY ERICSSON SERVICE CENTER VIDE WORKORDER NO:SE311OMC10144 DT:17/05/2011.AS PER WORK ORDER THE-
    CONDITION OF THE SET :GOOD,
    LIQUID INTRUSION INDICATOR:WHITE
    WARRANTY STATUS: YES
    THERE WAS A NOTE IN THE WORK ORDER PROVIDED BY THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE WHICH STATES THAT REPAIR WOULD BE UNDERTAKEN ON CHARGEABLE BASIS ONLY IF THE LIQUID INTRUSION INDICATOR IS CHANGED TO "RED" THUS IT IS REPAIRABLE WITHOUT ANY CHARGES BUT THE SERVICE CENTRE M/S OM MOBILE CARE IS CHARGING A SUM OF Rs 1450/-. IN THIS REGARD I NEED CLARIFICATION AND JUSTICE AS MY PHONE IS UNDER WARRANTY COVERAGE AND JUSTIFIED WITH OTHER STATUSES OF THE SERVICE ORDER.
