Its my pain full duty to inform my trouble with Mobile Seva service center Bangalore Maratahalli branch.

I had given my Q7 mobile for service with a complaint of reboot continuously on 11th June. Today is 29th June and so far no news about my mobile. Every time I call them and visit there center , they behave very rudely. Yesterday it was heights of miss behavior from them when I went and asked my mobile. They dont have any info about my mobile and they asked me to check with person whom I handed over. More over they have closed the case on 15th June without resolving the issue. I just received a SMS saying case is closed. No communication from service center , when ever I call them answer is fixed call after 30 mins , come tomm and talk rudely saying they dont no.

Please take some corrective action and made an arrangement to handover my mobile in working condition as I already had to spend extra 2000 Rs for backup mobile. If I dont get response from you also I had to go to police station or consumer court. Please understand its hardly 2 months old mobile and hardly I used it and on top of it I had to face so much furstration with mobile and than with service center. Microsoft is not giving any warranty on its mobile until issue is small. If they knew issue is big or known issue they have standard asnwer saying its vapor damage as sweat from ur packet went inside and its a water damage. Cant microsoft handle 2 drops of swet ?
