Nokia C6-00 Mobile Not repaired Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased Nokia c6-00 Handset from THE MOBILE STORE - CST on 14.02.2011 and it's work well till his warranty period but after 15 months means in may-12 My mobile camera stop working (when i open camera application my handset got hang) then after two days i could not connect my charger it shows reconnect charger then my mobile goes switch off i tried to switch on but it shows "system error contact retailer".
I write this one to nokia on (contactcentre.india@nokia.com) they suggest me to submit my mobile to NOKIA CARE they have charge me Rs.3500.00 for its repairing but it has created same problem when i collect it after one week. Then I resubmitted this and they told me that my handset need to send it the HO and i follow up after a week time they told me parts are not available in HO they are procuring it. Then after 20 days i made follow up the operator told me she will call me back after 2 hours but there is no any call received from them till 2 days. then call them and said please tell me status of my job sheet they told me (sir please come and collect your handset is not repairable) after that i collect my handset and i found they remove my screen guard and stick one sticker on it "NOT REPAIRED" which was very hard to remove i convenience them to please try one more time or any chances to get some amount by selling this one back to nokia they told sir it's definitely not repairable. they refund my amount which was submitted to repair my mobile after deducting there charges of sending handset to nokia.
It means nokia handsets are not repairable after it's warranty and have lost my Rs.13,000.00 due to this. Please tell me what to do in such case.

I purchase a mobile nokia x2-02( 13-06-2012) EMI NO. 352430056086690 from gulati mobiles bhogal new delhi -110014. After two days it starts creating problems. Hanging problem , blinking screen , on/ off problem. I went to nokia service center
(N.R.I communication O-9 Lajpat Nagar-ii New Delhi-24, Tel no. 011-46528790/80) thrice to four times for the same problem. They say phone is ok no problem mam. I am fool that i am going there if there is no problem ?
Staff is not coordinating. Nokia is just making fool of the people. Why the new set starts creating problem ? I want a replacement. I dont want this set now. When i say to staff that i will complain in consumer court they say okk as u wish do whatever you want. I am just fed up ? My investment in this phone gone waste ?

Dear Sir,
As per call received nokia your team I have submitted my handset to Nokia Customer care on 30 June 2012 under job sheet number 311504867/120630/24 and they told me it will take 8 to 10 days after that they will contact me.
So i am waiting for there reply. so the till date issue is not resolved once my handset got repaired issue will resolved.

Kindly look into the issue. Hi,
My one year warranty for my handset C6-00 got over ,when i went to the nokia store (immediately after two days of expiry)to extend my warranty they said like "the warranty cannot be extended after one year completion."
As i just went only after two days and i am ready to pay for extending warranty, please do provide me an option to extend the warranty for my handset.
hope you will consider my request and provide me an appropriate solution.
