    Default Sony Ericsson Service Center is not giving my handset back.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a Sony Ericsson handset-K810i on 09-06-2008.
    I want to say that I have submitted my Sony Ericsson Handset at Technocare in E-17 Lajpat Nagar-II on 8th June 2009.My Complaint ID is SEO0936914207 and IMEI no is 357994016807946 and my hanset model no is K810i.It was having a joystick problem for the 3rd time, its camera button and the front camera is also repaired once, earlier i gave my handset to the service center as its joystick was not working, they repaired it and returned my handset back after one week on 27 May 2009.This time they told me that you will get your handset back by Friday that is 12th of June.but when i went to the service center they told me that they has send my handset to the repair factory and told me that it will come back in one week.But that not happened they told me to give them two more days.I said Okay.then i called them on Monday but they did'nt picked up the call so i went to the service center.They told me that they had send it to RSI to change its motherboard.Then they gave me many false commitments.When i used to call them they used to say that you'll get ur handset after 2 days .so i again went to the service center but again it was a false commitments.I used to call them twice or thrice in a week and they said that your handset is going to come.From past three months I'm going to the service center and i also called the Sony Ericsson customer care but they did'nt gave me any status of my handset.Now after 3 months also they are not giving my handset back.I called the customer care again and now he told me that your handset has been repaired from last 1 month.When I went to the Sony Ericsson service center they are now telling me that he has mailed my complain to the head office and most probably you will get your handset or new one of the same range within two or three days.
    I'm tired and i have really wasted my time in all this.
    Firstly, the whole amount of money be refunded to me for my product as Technocare has failed to repair it.Secondly, compensation, for so many false commitments and i also want to claim compensation for mental harassment given by Sony Ericsson and its executives , be paid to me.

    Hello,

    Send a written notice via registered post to CMD of Sony, mention all the complaints no., job sheet details and the bill details in it, also attach the photo copy of the same and ask them for the proper solution or refund.

    Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.
