I rought a sony ercison neo v one and half month before.it worked for 6 to 7 days and after that i waz on a call and it got switched off and was not able to start.i went to sony service,kormangala.i gave them the phone nd my phone was taken for repairment under workorder no.SE312TR111727 under which itZ board was replaced and the phone was given back to me in almost 15 days.i got the phone back and they sony service center people told me that it was a manufacturing fault.i took the phone and went back to my home and again found that my phone is not booting.in frustation i again went back again to sony service center kormangala and i again gave them my phone for rrepair under workorder no.SE312TR111903 nd they again asked me again for leavn my phone there for 15 days.as they were sending my phone again for repairment to chennai.i havent even used my phone for more tan 10 days.i am a student and i spent my money as well as my precious time for going to service center.then i asked them for a replacememt but they said that sony does not support replacement policy.i have to leave this city.i said this to them but they are not responding.first they gave me a faulty phone and now they are not given me replacement.they are just changing my phones parts.
