Dear Sir,
I am a subscriber of your Airtel since last two years. I have one post paid and one
prepaid connection and operating from Haldia(W.B) This complain is against my
prepaid connection (Mob.No.9800155177).
I had recharged my mob for one year which validity was till 29th Jan.'2010(as shown
in my mob). I recharge every month with Rs.333/- Top-up and Rs.54/-(STD Pack). On
1st NOv.'09 I had charged as usual every month but unable to call after recharging.
While I contacted to your Customer Care, I come to know that my validity has been
over since 31st Oct.'09 even though I can see validity till 29th Jan.'2010 in my
mob(in dialing 121).
On 2nd Nov.'09 I contacted to our nearest dealer M/s G P Enterprise and they also
told the same thing and advice to recharge again. As per their advice I recharged
with Rs.48/- (Life Time)on the same day. But after that I observed Rs.1.50/p.min is
deducted for STD calls after this.
On 3rd Nov.'09 while contacted them again regarding this they told since I have
recharged again so previous RC 54 has been cancelled and against I have to recharge
Rs.54/-(STD Pack).I am grateful to M/s G P Entp. that they solely recharge Rs.54/-
to my connection with a note that my prev. RC54 will be credited to their account.
Even after rechargeing with RC54, I observed Rs.1.00/P.Min is deducted for my STD
calls. While contacted to your Customer Care on this, I came to know that RC-179
have been activated on 3rd Nov.'09 at 5.27 pm
in my connection, which I have not made. Due to this I am charged with
Rs.1.00/P.Min.While I had Rs.494/- balance on 3rd Nov'09 now I have Rs.396/-
(Rs.98/- deducted instead of Rs.49/- for your fault)
Kindly let me know what is going on in your network, which is claiming to be largest
and "UNMATCHED NETWORK" ? We have to make 4 to 5 calls for a simple talk every time.
Since last three days I am really fed-up with such worst network connection. I am
writing this mail with a hope that this matter will be sorted out immediately from
your end with an information to me.
I have no other way to be presented in front of Consumer Grivances if no action has
been taken from your end immediately and refund of my excess deduction due to your
faulty system.
