Dear Sir/Madam,
I had activated my caller tune 3 months back. Vodafone had deducted Rs. 15 as download charges and is deducting Rs. 30 as monthly charges. Now once 90 days were over they have again cut Rs. 15 as download charges for re activating the caller tune. They have made a company policy of deducting charges of Rs. 15 from every costumer once this 90 days are over even if the costumer does not downloads again.
In the bill its mentioned as download charges. They are not supposed to take charges again and again for the service the costumer has already paid earlier. Kindly look into the matter.
