i m yashwant singh. i have taken new postpaid connection for 25th may 12 and bill generated on 1st june 12 . on same first day i have taken 199 3gb plan as internet charges are on higher side without any plan.
After all these awarness they have charged INR 2700 approx for 5 day in which charges for talk value is nearabout INR100 only and all other charges are only of INTERNET.
when i called call center 111 and 9829098290 they have there technical answer of pro rata basis and all. but what will a client understand about all that. i have already taken 199 3gb plan after all 5 day bill is 3000 rs.
Even i called 198 and request them to register my complain , they transfer my call one person to another , and no one was ready to register complain. they clearly told you should pay thats only way.
i think its a way of money making and cheating client by there technical way.
even no one informed be earlier when i have taken postpaid plan.
its an cog plan.
why should i pay this bill.
i will also go to consumer court and vodafone can go there own way.
need satisfactory answer.
