    Default AIRTEL FRAUD, IGNORANT and Irresponsible



    I Had registered a complaint regarding my airtel postpaid plan through consumer court to airtel after that i received a call from airtel costumer support that my issue would be looked upon but its almost one week they have give me no response and today they have stopped my incoming and my SIM is not a valid valid now without prior informing me

    Default Airtel Unprofessional Rude Staff_ Deducted my 800.00 for no reason

    Hello Team Airtel,This is Asheesh Chaturvedi, Iam having a pre paid connection with a number 9179635888, On the morning of 1June 2012 I found that my balance become 0 since night before my balance was 800, I called customer care on 121 where Mr. Kamal (Prsented himself as Team elder)admitted that Rs 800 got deducted from my account was airtel mistake and It will talk 12 hours time to get the money back in my account but nothing happened I called again regarding same thing and Mr. Kunal assured me that he will be giving me a call with in 3 hours and I will get my money back but again nothing happened,Again I called Airtel Customer service latte night and spoke to Mr. Morgan (Not pretty Sure about the name and the person again said the same thing Sir, In two hours your 800 rupees will be credited to your account but nothing happened, It was painfull calling customer service center and people there just lies,Again next morning i called and I spoke to Miss Priyanka ( presented herself as Team Leder) and she also assured me the same thing that she will call me in 5 hours and give me my money back but nothing happened! she never called and I called back again and then I again met Mr. Kamal and he said that he is still looking into it and he will get back to me asap but nothing happened and both Priyanka and Kamal assured me that he will help me get my money back but nothing happened!Now today on 3of June I called again I think it was Kamal as I knew his voice or someone attended the phone when I asked the name he goes like Whatever I do not want to tell you my name then I told that guy that this is not appropriate he using abusive word and said you are not getting any money back and I can go ahead and do whatever I can I still don't have my money and I feel bad as I was asking for my money which airtel deducted and they abused and disrespected me??? I ask for my money back and Airtel to answer me why?? did i get this kind of behavior from their employees

    Post Airtel dth cheating the public

    Dear concerned,

    My Digital TV ID 3002687695.

    I have subscribed for south pack package (this is say one contract) and additional I have subsrcibed one channel (S max _ch no. 160) for 3month and I paid the full amount in advance (this is say 2nd contract as per indian contract Act)(opted on 26th May 2012).

    Recharge of normal package was over on 2nd June 2012, but they have disconnected additional channel also, which is incorrect, because I have already paid the full amount.

    When spoke to Airtel customer care (Western region) (executive name is Ruby), she said once recharge of normal package is over, they will disconnect the all channel, they not give the additional channel, if we paid in advance. She also informed that customer will not get the credit of additional channel for disconnected period, after recharging the normal package also.

    This is the completely wrong with Customer, who paying the amount in advance for certain fixed period and DTH company is not giving the facility, where the customer already been paid.

    If DTH company disconnect the normal package is ok, accepted, but additional channel which customer subscribed and paying seperately. then Customer should get the additional channel,where they paid. Otherwise they should get the disconnected period of credit for that additional channel subscribed, after they recharge the normal package.

    And also that customer care executive is not properly behaved and they dont have much experience about the product, where they servicing.

    They have disconnect my additional channel ( no.160 of S max), where I paid 3month money in advance. They should intimate this rule at the time of subscribing the additional channel, so customer will aware of this. As per my knowledge and as per indian contract act, this is completel illigal.

    Please look into matter at the earliest.

    Default billing complaints

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    The bill generated on my number (7738897504) on 1st june 2012 came very high (Rs. 11172.9) .

    1)The bill is generated on 9th of every month
    2)GPRS plan that is activated is "2 gb gprs free thereafter 10p/10 kb with rental rs.149" which is still not due .

    3)Since my gprs is active i get message alerts for bill that is in thousands 1k , 2k randomly. I enquired about it at the customer care when i bought your connection i was told not to worry about the charges as they will be high since the gprs is active and those charges will be excluded as the 2 gb plan is active.

    4)According to the gprs plan 2 gb= 2048 mb=2097152 kb and the deduction charges are 10p/ 10kb so if we calculate it comes to around 20971.52 Rs ( which is included in the 2 gb plan ). So as per this calculation i told told not to worry till this amount .

    5)On 1st june 2012 i realized that my out going calls were barred ,i called the customer care and checked why that happened and i was informed that my credit limit is Rs.1000 /- and my bill shooted up to 11172.9 Rs Hence the out going was barred .

    6)Now here's the thing ,first of all if my credit limit is 1000 Rs why i was not informed about it on the very first call ,secondly is your company so generous that even though my credit limit is 1000 Rs they kept quiet till it shooted up till 11172.9 Rs,thirdly i was told it can shoot up to 20000 Rs as the gprs (2 gb pan for 149 was active ).Something is really illogical about your billing plans which is very amusing,definitely not mathematical some weird theory applies there or you make false promises.

    7)My out going is still barred ,i was promised a callback from one of the supervisors from the customer care within 4 hrs on 1st and i'm still waiting.

    8)The bill will be generated on 9th on june and my outgoing was barred since 1st june even if the issue with the bill is rectified after 9th of june what about the 8 days which i lost during this hassle which is totally a fault from your end .

    9)Also, here is my wonderful experience with the customer care ,

    I have never experienced such pathetic service in my entire life from any companies.Your agents,supervisor have bypassed all the records of the pathetic customer service. I was not expecting this kind of service from a Telecomm giant like you.Ok, just to give you a brief of what happened on the call 1st call was handled by sarika (she was professional as the rep )call was good but she lacked the knowledge so she transferred the call to the supervisor and here comes the pathetic experience he was not patient enough to listen to me he does not have any call handling skills (still you call him the supervisor , i am really suspicious about him ) moving forward i explained him the reason for the call again it fell on deaf ears he never wanted to listen what i was trying to say.we handled the call in such a pathetic manner that it made me realize that i made a mistake by subscribing your service and calling your customer service. At times,on the call i felt that there was no one on the line .He handled the call in such a manner that he really does not care about the customer and ultimately he disconnected the call from his end (plz look into the call disconnection ).If this is the class of the supervisor i never expect anything from reps answering the calls .The supervisor represents airtel (telecomm giant) and look at his level of his service (awful).Now , the 2nd call, ramdas handled the call for the first minute he was good (better than your supervisor ) as we proceeded he put me on hold (which was not informed ) and a long hold and after he released the hold he straight away told me that the supervisor cannot answer the call right now .when i asked him whether there is anyone on the floor to help me he just mumbled something and for the 2nd time again the call was disconnected from your end.
    Telecomm giant (network is "the best" but with such a pathetic cust service surviving in the competitive world is doubtful the IT,plans,marketing is world-class but the cust service the only word is awful.This is first time that i got such pathetic service and i have had better experiences in the past.I have always recommended AIRTEL all my friends and family, but not any more. Hope this does not fell on deaf ears


    Please look into the matter as the issue has caused great dissatisfaction as i have been using airtel since years rather this is the only service which i have used.
