Dear Sir,

Myself, Abhijeet Bele, I want to file a complaint against Airtel.

I was using Airtel prepaid connection with no.9970045445.

On 18/07/2009, I activated UNLIMITED GPRS plan which costs 25Rs only and
no other charges. For the activation of this I sent a message as GPRSACT
to 511.But they activated zero rental plan (I asked for unlimited plan)
and for the usage of net they deducted my balance of Rs135. When I
complained for it they gave me back the amount deducted. I used around
25Rs for calling in the next two days and on 21/07/2009, when my balance
was something around 98Rs. they again deducted Rs.135, and my remained
balance is now -30Rs.

I asked and mailed to customer care so many times in the last two
months, but nothing has happened. It is their fault, they activated the
wrong plan, and then why should I pay for that???

I mailed at least 25-30 times to some Mr. Krupa Sankar, who each time
used to say that your complaint is forwarded to concerned department;
we'll revert back within next four days. But now after two months also
they never reverted back. Each time they just say within 24 hrs your
balance will be refunded.

I am attaching a mail detailing the promises they made regarding the
refund of balance. But till date I haven't got my balance back.

Pls help me in this matter at the earliest.
