Hi,
I have made the transaction on 14th April 2012 Afternoon at 12:08 PM i have attached the screen of the SMS where it showd the amount was decited through my Citi Bank account "Prepaid mobile recharge" for Rs 258. But i didnt receive the confirmation message from Aircel for recharging my mobile 9762768437. Also the amounts is not credited to my mobile or the Citi Bank account till date.
On 14th Apr 2012 i have called the Aircel Customer Care and told them about the issue... and this was not the 1st time i have faced this issue many time on online recharge....after that i have received an SMS saying that my case is been resolved on 16th Apr 2012 at 11:38 AM (Reference No. 1-8114346622) i have attached the screen. again i called to customer care on 28th Apr 2012 (Reference No. 1-8268785134) after that i have received an SMS saying that my case is been resolved on 30th Apr 2012 at 5:53 PM!!!!! even till date i have not received the amount was not credited to my mobile or the Citi Bank account...
Now i have been told to take the bank statement to the outlet and show them the statement... even i have atatched the bank statement..
Could you please take my request and do the needful.
