Complaint against idea 3g for unfair balance deduction and fooling customers

    Hello.I am from Pune,Maharashtra.Today on 26/05/12 saturday i did a 3g recharge of 8rs on my cell ( 9657375113 ) as it was advertised for giving 30 mins of 3g free.But as i was downloading,in like 3 minutes the net stopped working.When i disconnected,i got the usual flash message of tariff from them but i was shocked .I was charged 84rs for my usage.I contacted the customer care and the guy their replied that you get only 20MB in 8rs.I said the new plan is about 30 mins but he said that it is actually usage based and it actually gives 20MB for 30 mins.I couldn't say anything to him too.
    So i would be glad if any refund could be arranged and you could look in this matter soon so customers like us are not robbed.

    Default idea 3G mobile plan complain

    I have activated 3g service in my phone by sending |sms to act 3g to 12345, after that it shows me old phone which was micromax q3(and I received the message your phone is not 3g compatible) while I M using htc wildfire s which is 3g compatible.
    I have talked about 10 times with cust care and can I tell you ther are very un-supportive and non-technical. They could not even update my phone from old to new one. They says its not possible. I dont how come.....its like u have mistakenly debited 10000 in place of 2000 and cust care says we cant update.
    Please resolve my issue as soon as possible...I have activated 3gb 3g plan...but its useles....my number is 9624488022.....I am thinking about to throw out idea and buy some other.......
    really.....very bad cust care service with no technical knowledge...I think some cust exe even dont kno what is 3g........

    My complaint is that when you people have advertised that the 8rs 3g plan will give 30 minutes of free 3g then how can you deduct balance.I hardly spent just 3 minutes on 3g.Everywhere on your website and cust care no.(4444) it is mentioned that it will give 30 mins of free 3g.I would be glad if a refund is made to me.I don't have any alternate contact no right now.You can call me on this no-9657375113 any day after 12 pm.I hope any misunderstandings,no matter yours or mine,are clarified ASAP.

    Default unfair deductions

    Balance on my 3g idea account (MP &CG) is repeatedly being deducted on pretext of VAS usages. Mobile tv or online gaming subcriptions are being activated without consent. This happens whenever i recharge my balance .Larger the balance i have, greater is the deduction made .Therefore i have stopped making large recharges, still the problem persisting. I have contacted idea cust.care in this regard without any help .Can you help me and arrange refund of unfairly deducted balance? Thanks.

    Hello,

    I'm Anant Joglekar using Idea service from long 8 years. recently i faced some problems with idea. I was using below numbers.
    9922939185 and 9922939186

    Idea activate 3G service without intimating me, and charge money for that. After receiving bill i came to know this thing. I placed complaint against it, nobody gave me proper answers. 1 month later idea reduced only some amount from it. I cleared that bill and placed request to disconnect my both numbers.

    But it doesn't happened, next month i received bill with Rs. 400. I wrote mail to Customer care, they did not listen to me and forcing me to clear latest bill.

    Very unhappy with Idea service.

    How can i get help from Consumer Court?

    Default balance deduction

    My balance ud deducted by 50rs.. N the customer care executive is not taking the refund complaint. They saying that their server is down from last 2 day. kindly help me to take refund
