I have activated 3g service in my phone by sending |sms to act 3g to 12345, after that it shows me old phone which was micromax q3(and I received the message your phone is not 3g compatible) while I M using htc wildfire s which is 3g compatible.
I have talked about 10 times with cust care and can I tell you ther are very un-supportive and non-technical. They could not even update my phone from old to new one. They says its not possible. I dont how come.....its like u have mistakenly debited 10000 in place of 2000 and cust care says we cant update.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible...I have activated 3gb 3g plan...but its useles....my number is 9624488022.....I am thinking about to throw out idea and buy some other.......
really.....very bad cust care service with no technical knowledge...I think some cust exe even dont kno what is 3g........
