I've been using ICICI's Online Prepaid Mobile Recharge for quite some time. I've been content about how it makes life easier at times. However, I recharged my father's mobile number(+91 9632422573) with Rs 100/- on 24 Dec 2010. Although the amount was deducted from my savings account, it didn't reflect in my father's mobile balance.
A call to Airtel's customer support turned out futile. They claim funds didn't reach them then at all.
I'm suspending this mode of transaction (Online Prepaid Mobile Recharge) till I'm made aware of where abouts missing Rs 100/-.
