    Angry Cheating by Airtel - ICICI while recharging prepaid cell

    Sir

    I had a prepaid airtel connection and had recharged it through their ICICI (through internet) link on 20th of June' 08. In the form provided, they had asked for the mobile number and the operator and in the Amount column, there was question mark (link) given.
    Upon pressing that there was an amount of Rs. 324 mentioned in that as the minimum recharge offer. So I selected that and the recharge was done successfully. ON 3rd of july, when i tried making a call, a prerecorded voice said that the validity period of my cell is going to end and i need to recharge further to enjoy their services. When i questioned the call centre executive, the reply that she gave made me feel, I was cheated.
    She said that for Rs. 324, the validity period was for 13 days only and if i had recharged for Rs. 335, then the validity period is 30 days. I said that option was not displayed in the website of ICICI and hence i was not aware of that. She immediately passed on the blame that they had let known the ICICI people about this and it was their fault that they didnt upload that in their website. Whereas the offers that were circulated by Airtel that point of time was if you recharge for Rs.200, still the talktime validity will be
    for one month.
    Now when i called up the ICICI bank call centre, they said that they have only posted the amount and not the validity period and it was for the customer to check that out with the concerned operator and
    do the recharge.
    I strongly feel that both ICICI and Airtel have joined hands to loot the customer by asking him to do a recharge for higher denomination but have ensured that they dont give maximum talktime for the same. This will make the customer do the recharge again and again.

    I need your sincere help and guidance as to how to proceed in this
    matter.

    I've been using ICICI's Online Prepaid Mobile Recharge for quite some time. I've been content about how it makes life easier at times. However, I recharged my father's mobile number(+91 9632422573) with Rs 100/- on 24 Dec 2010. Although the amount was deducted from my savings account, it didn't reflect in my father's mobile balance.
    A call to Airtel's customer support turned out futile. They claim funds didn't reach them then at all.
    I'm suspending this mode of transaction (Online Prepaid Mobile Recharge) till I'm made aware of where abouts missing Rs 100/-.

    Default cheating by icici bank or BSNL SSERVICE

    sir
    i have rechareged my mobile of bsnl through icici bank on 20.04.2012 my moible no. is 9422546812. the amoount was deducted from icici bank but my mobile is not recharged
    i contacted bsnl care after 30 minute they disconnected the call without proper answer. i don t know who is the culprit icici bank or bsnl please do the needful
