Hi,
I am very unsatisfied with the airtel service ........ and angry too.
i have recieved a call from airtel at 4-september-2009. it was for choosing hello tunes, and presented some songs and told to select option for activating caller tune.
i simply disconnected call.
again at next day (5-September-2009) i recieved two messages
"Thank you for subscribing hello tunes" and
"you are charged for rs. 7 for a week"
means they had activated a service which i never selected for use.
i called then to airtel customer care and asked to note my complain but a senior supervisor (Udai Veer) has totally denied for forwording my complain. and telling that i have your call details and so i can't forword a complain.
and he had told me that at next week he will charge me for 7 rs more.
i am helpless and very angry with airtel mobile service.
customer care executives are denying to return back my money. and nor they are forwording my complain to airtel. Please help me ....... i am feeling very herted with their behavior.
