I G Sathish kumar having Airtel mobile number
9866398563.I cancelled ECs option for mobile payment
in the month of April 2009.But ECs payment comes to my bank
account in may and june months also.I contacted Airtel
Customer Care many times about ECs cancellation.In JUNE
month i get a confirmation about ECs cancellation from
Airtel Customer Care Executive.
But july and august month also ECs payment comes to my bank
account(ICICI Bank).Due to unsufficient balance ECs
declined.So i got a fine of Rs552 for the months of july and
august(july 276 + august 276).I contacted Airtel Custmer
Care regarding this issue.But they are ready to clear for 1
month only.This problem comes totally from Airtel side. I am
not ready to get any loss.So i am requesting you please
solve this problem which comes from Airtel side.
