    I recharged my mobile with Rs: 200 from my debit card.But it was not recharged.

    Default Balance deducted and balance not received

    Hi,

    This is rajesh and my mobile no 9000832345. I recharged my accnt with rs 222 yesterday and my balance is deducted and when i rang customer service people they informed that balance has been deducted for downloading in my mobile, but i had my 2g accnt recharged and having balance of 1 gb at the time of amount deducted from my account and this never happened to me before even when i downloaded in my mobile

    Secondly i recharged with 50rs from Sbi and transaction code i received on my mobile SBI Ref. No. IGC4157906 and amnt has been deducted when i checked in my online bank but i did not get any update in my balance. Please look into this ASAP

    I have made the transaction through my HDFC account "Prepaid mobile recharge" for Rs 222. But i didnt receive the confirmation message from
    AIRTEL for recharging my mobile 9725764832 . Also the amounts is not credited to my mobile and i was charged the amount in HDFC bank.
    and airtel customer care people are not answering my call.

    Could you please take my request and do the needful.

    Default airtel online recharge_Amount deducted but recharged failed

    Hi,
    I tried to recharge my airtel number 9944629853 for RC50 from the website "pay.airtel.com/PrepaidOnlineRecharge/mobileRecharge.jsp" on 26th sept 2012 at 6pm.The money of RS50 got deducted from my LVB card but the number hasn't been recharged with RC50.I kindly request to look into the issue and recharge my number with RC50.

    hi ,


    my name is ritu arora .Today i have recharged my airtel mobile of Rs 444 no. 9210483097 from my icici debit card and
    paymeant is deducted from my icici account but i could not get any balance on my mobile or any confirmation.
    my reference no is 0358661440. please see this matter because i have already lost my balance in my icici acoount .but my
    mobile is not recharge

    Default Online recharge not credited to mobile

    I did an online recharge for Rs.100 through Axis netbanking on 20/10/12. The amount has been debited from my account and the payment ID is 0057175955 and reference is ICONN/57175955/201012/AXIS MOBILE RECHAR. The amount has not been credited or recharged to my mobile number 9566086824. Please do the needful to credit my mobile number at the earliest.
