    Post Airtel Message Pack Complaint

    from my account with ph no. 9799273779 on 7-apr-2012, rupees 26 were deducted for "the local and national sms pack" valid for 10 days. i called at airtel complaint call center on 11-apr-2012, they told me complaint has been registered and you will get complaint number by message in just some time and that some one from airtel will call back soon to solve your problem and return back your money 24 hours. My balance have been deducted on rate of rs.1/sms for next 3 days . i havent get any msg with complaint number and neither got any call from airtel. although now my messages are not deducted on rs.1/sms . but i want my money back, for which my account have been credited for rs1/sms which i sent. now they(executives) are not even receiving my call when i am calling at call center. this is very annoying and why should i leave my money no matter it is a lakh rupee or 1 rupee. all these companies are doing these kind of frauds with clients with small amount of money and fulling their pocket with this kind of thing.

    kindly suggest me what should i do. or if possible kindly solve my problem. I want my money back which is approximately rs.20 to rs.30. i am not sure.. as i sent some group sms and was not having any clue this would happen to me!

    Default poor service by airtel

    I have been using airtel for last 6 years. I am using a prepaid number. Every nw and then they deduct 30-40 Rs from my balance. When i call customer care they never give me any correct information and they are useless. Dont suggest any 1 to buy airtel number. I m also gonna shift from airtel

    Angry airtel CCE is useless....

    to whom it may concern....
    airtel is pathetic.... i have been using airtel for almost 10 yrs now.... n now m facing so many problems....

    complaint 1:
    recently on 22 apr. 2012 Rs. 67 got deducted from my balance for some sms pack which has 3000 free national /local sms. but its been 3 days now that service is not activated. the CCE hangs up when called. N have to pay extra Rs.0.50/3min for such poor service.

    complaint 2 :
    i have activated my gprs for which i get charged of Rs.3/day. Now, inspite of activating the pack still airtel charges me an extra money and it is cut from my main balance...

    thinking of switching....

    i activated my message pack of Rs.67 on 21st april...Instead of getting proper service airtel is charging 1Rs/sms...customer care person are only sending the complaint numbers....the problem is never solved on time ..disgusting...really disgusting....

    I have taken airtel message pack of Rs. 26..Now after every 10 days, the message pack gets automatically renewed and Rs 26 gets deducted from my main balance. I have tried to contact the customer care but all in vein. Customer care is unable to stop this service. Infact they have NO idea how to stop it. I am tired of contacting customer care. Please help me in this matter. I want to stop this message pack service. It is now auto renewal.

    sms pack every 3 day active and every 3 deduct 10 rupiahs.

    Sir,
    I have been using Airtel for the last 6 years and i must tell you that this 'Auto-Renewal' pack is a real pain in the neck.
    The very first time this happened was when my Rs 67 message pack got over, I recharged with Rs 67 to activate the message pack (and got the confirmation sms as well) and then one more recharge of Rs 60 for talk time. At that point i already had Rs 10 balance. After recharging for talk time , i shortly got a new sms that the Rs 67 message pack has been activated on my mobile and a further 67 rupees had been deducted. Thus i ended up with only 3 rupees balance with me.
    The people in the call center informed me that this was non-refundable and that it was on AutoRenewal. I hence asked them to stop this AutoRenewal madness.
    The second time i recharged for rupees 180 via 3 recharge coupons of 60 each. I then activated my blackberry service for Rs 129 and had about 73 rupees balance (I already had some balance from before) . About 5 mins later i got one more text saying Rs 67 pack has been activated (inspite of having it discontinued) and i was left with 6 rupees.
    Now i ask you this Mr. Rakesh Ranga or Mr. Rakesh Kumar [Airtel Presence (Airtel Customer Service Team)] why is there such incompetent service from your company. What is the need to activate another message pack when there is already on active on a particular number ? Are your servers and databases so absolutely pathetic that they cannot comprehend that a message pack is already active ? And inspite of having discontinued the AutoRenewal why does it keep on deducting money ? Is it your wish that customers should always recharge for a low amount to avoid the auto renewal ?
    Moreover, you cannot imagine the apathy shown by the call center employees and even the office staff. They simply refuse to listen to your problem and just hang up. Do you imagine that we love to listen to "Please stay online, your call is important to us" while we wait for the royal call center people to stop ignoring our calls ?
    Due to your incompetence i have lost Rs 134, which is not a small amount. The number of people actually complaining may be a lot less than the number of people suffering from this problem. Is this the kind of service you would provide for loyal customers ?
    I consider this a failure on your part and also the company's negligence to tend to all problems faced by its customers (from what i have seen on this site as well as in the offices).
    When i call 121 the RFV proudly says that Airtel has been voted the best company, on what basis i ask you ? Is it based on the excellent quality customer care service you provide or your money laundering and robbing schemes (please note the sarcasm in this sentence) ? If you would search through the pages, hundreds of people have reported the same problem. Then even with severe problems why do you continue with this AutoRenewal service ?
    I am eagerly waiting for your response. And i sincerely hope i get a satisfactory one !

    Default whats going on

    I got a rs. 97 msgpack and I think its for 6000 messages.. Ive been using it for quite sometime but now it stops sending from 6pm - 12pm and it started yesterday. please help
