Dear Sir/Madame,

I am a customer of TATA telecom, for the last 6 months. My telephone number is 55197496.

I have not received my bills since the November 04 . I have made repeated phone calls to the customer service, and in turn ended up in getting lot of reference numbers and promises of duplicade bills being sent to my address. Till this date, I have neither received my original nor the duplicate bills.

I have been getting calls from the customer service, that the service will be disconnected if the bill for the month of January is not paid before today.

I would like to bring it to your notice that the unless the bill is provided to me with the break up, I won't be in a position to pay the amount due, and i will have to resort to legal action, if in case my connection gets disconnected inspite of this mail

Hence, I request you to take immediate action and send the bills asap.
