I had tata docomo prepaid : 8714207887

2 months back, i had mistakenly activated 'Games Plan' in my tata docomo number but i was not aware of this for few days. When i came to know that daily Rs. 5 is being deduct from my balance then i called customer care and they told with in 4 hours your service will be deactivated.


But it did not happen. So, i called next day and explain everything then once again i was told that with in 4 hours this service will be deactivated.

Sometimes, they were not picking up my call. So, in these two months i tried lots of time and got the same reply.

One thing that i want to mention explicitly is that when i said that ' you all are saying the same thing and assuring me that service will be deactivated in the next 4 hours' then why it is not deactivated till now. They say, they dont know, my request were never get processed.

So, i lost around Rs. 300 from my balance but they never deactivated it. So, finally i changed my service provider to BSNL.

Its not a matter of money, its a matter of trust and relationship with the customer. Please do something so that tata docomo customer care can not cheat to anyone else.
