    Default Vodafone 2G GPRS plan cancled w/o myknowledg and e

    My mobile number is 9884036697 and I was using vodafone postpaid service and was using 2G GPRS plan of VMC 199 for 4GB free/per month.Last month,I called customer service and activated 3G plan and told them particularly not to deactivate my 2G plan.Inspite of my request,they have deactivated my 2G plan and billed me per KB basis an amount of Rs 3300 and the date is less than 2GB.When I called customer service to complain about this,they refused to take complaint and I was informed already regarding deactivation of my 2G plan.But I am unalbe to prove that I was not informed.Please guide me to proceed further.Regards,D.Shunmuga sundaram

    Please be informed that if 3G is activated, then the 2G service will be deactivated. Kindly share the executive's name to whom you have spoken with regarding the matter, so that we may be able to investigate this further.
