R,sir/madam,
My name is sunil s.pimple,my vodafone no. is 9820168754.I have postpaid
connection of which outgoing calls blocked for not paying bill of vodafone live
charges. I am using advance gprs for more than 6 months. I can surf unlimited using
vodafone mobile connect on my mobile & pc.
In june month i downloaded vodafone portfolio tracker software. It was not
working on mobile, so i went to vodafone store at ghatkoper-east. Your gprs rep.
name sagar told me that he is going to delete all the gprs settings and reinstall
them. After trying for 15 minutes he told me that your handset is not comactible
this service. Then i asked him to see whether the service is activated on my number.
he told me it is activated,so i told him to deactivate service. Whithin 24 hours i
recd massege of
deactivation. But in next month bill i have been charged Rs 2600 for vodafone live.
when i went to the store Mr.sagar told me that vodafone portfolio tracker work on
vodafone live,so he installed the setting in my previous visit. when i showed him
the charges he told me that he did not know about my advance gprs plan. due to
vodafone live settings my mobile surfing is charged instead of it was free using
vmc settings.I put a complaint (862164604). nobody call me regarding this but
asking for bill payment. please do the needful.
