Airtel Post-Paid Bill wrong plan applied Dear Sir/Madam,
I wanted to change my bill plan and for that had raised a request on 1-Dec-2011.
For that email I got an auto-generated acknowledgement reply.
After 2-3 days I got a call from airtel customer care – she asked to confirm if I wanted to get my plan changed and I confirmed. She informed me that the plan will become activated in next billing cycle i.e: Jan 2012.
Around end-Jan 2012 I called up customer care to confirm that my plan got changed and the person confirmed that the plan is changed to new plan but in the end of the conversation he informed me that he was mistaken and the bill plan is still the old plan.
He said that the earlier agent had not changed the plan and closed the case as resolved.
Because of above problem, my Airtel bill of Jan 2012 has been calculated using the old plan itself.
I would like to appeal against the wrong plan applied and would want the new plan applied for Jan 2012 bill so that I can make the payment.
I generally had a very good experience with airtel customer care and have been a customer for last 5 years.
I hope you would help me getting the above issue resolved.
