    Default Wrong Bill and Harresments and Threats

    I was a Airtel Lover until they penalised me for selecting that network. I was using a Post Paid Connection from Airtel and activated GPRS pack of 96 RS for 2GB usage and i didnt even use entire 2gb but was billed for 3000 RS so i called cutomer care and asked the reason and i was said that the paxk i got was to use only airtel live which is applicable to use only their website. Which is just cheating the customers. So i cannot pay for something which i never used and didnt want.

    And importantly i am getting harreshment calls and warnings from airtel employees.

    Fyi, my mobile no was 9980288900 . And also if you want to know exactly wat had happened i request you to kindly make a request to BLR call center and ask them to pull out the call recording .
