    Default Tata Docomo 3G datacard Billing and harrassment

    Dear All,

    Here is a copy of email i have sent to tata docomo,
    i have sent a mail before but they never respond or take any action.

    Now i am looking forward to take some action against them as they are into now a kind of extortion and harassment work and i am really fed up with them.

    Please tell me how to proceed to file a case against them and all procedures.

    Here is the exact copy of mail i have sent today

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    More then Two months back i applied for shifting from postpaid to prepaid 3G datacard services as i was in 1000 rental for me rental plan and bill goes to 1100 something which is really high .


    I was then offered 400 discount on rentals for next six months and to stay in postpaid
    This call came from your bhopal office and the lady confirmed it twice on 2 different days for the same.
    Even after such commitment from your side i paid my outstanding bill of 1200.

    and in next bill cycle the said commitment did not reflect and my bill of 1100 was generated.
    Inquiring the matter with your customer care number and your gallery at raipur, i was said that there is no such information in there database and they cant help it and i have to pay 1100 for the bill.


    Again i got the call from your bhopal office(+917556452033) after the matter was forwarded by your bill collection agency, and the lady accepted after discussing the matter in her office that i was committed 400 discount which by mistake from there side did not reflect on the immediate next bill.


    I paid the said amount after deducting the 400+ taxes on my outstanding bill that is 660, But still this 400 + taxes is been shown on my outstanding bill and i get numerous calls automated and manual ones from your side saying i have an outstanding bill pending.


    I feel really feel harassed by your manual and automated calls from your side though there is no bill pending.


    There is utter level of unprofessional-ism at your side, as whatever communication is done with customers is not recorded in your database which is any requests,complaints or resolution provided.


    Moreover there is no reply or resolution we get from your customer care email ids, customer care numbers nor your representative at your galleries, only calls we get is threatening calls to pay the unknown bills which actually customer cannot be accounted for.



    Also the Services what i use is equivalent to 2G speeds , i never get a feeling of using a 3G Services. Give me a single Good reason to even pay you the rentals for 3G services.
    Both uploads and downloads have such a lame speed that they are not worthy of being called 3G speed.


    There is not a single bit of customer service from such a big service provider despite writing down to nodal- appellate authorities. Looking at your technical and managerial work, it seems very much like TATA Group has hired wrong people who work like some state government babu/clerks as no one knows what to do and just keep referring to visit some other desk.


    People at Tata tele services should learn from Airtel and Vodafone what is professional customer service being a service provider, instead of following some state government

    municipality office, believe me its really pathetic at your side.



    Just in case if someone is reading this mail and cares a bit, This will be final and last communication from my end and kindly take this seriously, enough harassment has been done and i cant bear any more.

    So either you take some action on this matter or else i will feel forced to take one against you.
