Hi,

I received an SMS on 8^th Jan for 3G activated on my number(9881135367)and 50MB free for one billing cycle. I did confirm with customer care with the free usage of 50MB on 12^th Jan and got reply that it will be till 14^th Jan. So I used it as free but now when I check bill generated on 15th Jan I have been charged Rs 210/- for it. I am following from 15th Jan by dropping mail to the Customer Care but no one able to solve it. Just the Docket ref number is getting changed and a new person replies on it. Current Docket Ref number is 154522575.


SMS contents are as below and I still have the SMS, also I should the same in MY Idea, Anuja Communication Thermax chowk but they too were not able to solve the issue.

Please revert it back ASAP.
