    Post Bill charged more than of credit limit

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I am using an connection of Tata Docomo in punjab, and my number is 8699777420, my credit limit was of rs. 800.00 of this connection, and my little brother was using this connection because i was aware that by hook / crook - my bill should not be exceeded than that of my credit limit, but when i saw the final bill for the month of January'2012 - it was of Rs. 8500/- approax. i was really very shocked after watching my bill. as i am not of that type of rich customer - who dont watch their bills and pay them instantly. i cant afford this large amount, because the mistake is from the provider's end - because they did not barred the service after my credit limit get crossed. please help to solve this matter

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I am using connection of Tata Docomo in Pune, Maharashtra, and my number is 8237071981, my credit limit was of Rs. 800.00 of this connection, and my sister was using this connection because i was aware that by hook / crook - my bill should not be exceeded than that of my credit limit, but when i saw the final bill for the month of January'2012 - it was of Rs. 6640/. I was really very shocked after watching my bill. as i am not of that type of rich customer - who dont watch their bills and pay them instantly. i cant afford this large amount, because the mistake is from the provider's end - because they did not barred the service after my credit limit get crossed. Some of your Bill recovery Persons are making calls and sending mails to me for demanding such Exorbitant bill amount. I am not in such financial position to afford such exorbitant bill amount. If i will be in financial position, how can I liable for the mistake of Tata Docomo service provider who have not stopped my service when it was reached the credit limit. It is the fault of Tata Docomo. I am suffering from unnecessary calls and mails for demanding such Exorbitant bill amount as I am only liable to pay only amount upto the credit limit. I am ready to pay the bill upto credit limit only. I have replied to your people that why should I pay extra amount for none of my fault.

    Hence I request you to kindly do the needful to waive off the extra charges you have charged on me.If Tata Docomo is charging above credit limit , its a pure case of false communication and wrong way of taking a sale done by your executives. In case you are failing to do so, I would be forced to go to the consumer court and file a case against you for misguiding me while taking the connection and for cheating me by charging such huge bill amount.
    for the please help to solve this matter.

    If Tata Docomo is well known Company, and it is providing such kind of service to its consumers, it is harming its goodwill and reputation in market, Consumers will easily switchover to other services in era of number portability. Consumer like me who has unnecessarily suffered would tell other people about such faulty and costly service of Tata Docomo, ultimately it is loss of Company.


    I have been using Tata Docomo Service for one of my other number 9028668386 and have been a regular customer. Hence I hope that you will rectify this issue and clear the amount which you have charged in excess so that we continue this relationship further.
