This is with regrads to My number is 7738003884 and I want to raise complain for the bill which was raised to me for GPRS usage.

I would like to bring to your notice that when I had taken GPRS 2GB plan I was informed that after utilizing 2Gb free data service ,it will be deactivated and same would be informed to you. But when I received the bill it was found that I have being charged with Rs 12000 for GPRS usage. Were as I had not received any sms for excess usage and I had not received any intimation for barring data service.

Also would like to know that credit limit set for my number is Rs 5000 than how it can cross?. I had a word with nodel department but no solution provided to me. It was informed to me by nodel officers that service was used and you have to pay, were as what about the Wrong Information provided to me.

In the above issue hope you people will understand that because of one wrong information charges had been levied on me. I am ready to pay rental and call charges but I am not bearing to pay the charges for data usage.

Request you to kindly look into the matter.
