    Default Airtel bill for 2 months when no connection exist!

    Hello,
    I am finding very difficult to close the wrong billing issue with Airtel 121 or with the nodal officer.
    Attached is the last mail thread (File Name: AirtelWrongBillMail.txt) explaining the current issue.

    In Summary this is what the problem.
    • On 4th Nov 2011, my connection got deactivated and after many followups finally on 19-Dec-2011 it got restored. (I had nearly 1hr call with Nodal officer (Charan; Interaction id: 9000704) on 19th Dec 11 and forced him to call up the technician and rectify the issue that is created by Airtel to get back the connection).
    • Later I was given with complete bill for 2 months where there was no connection except from 19th Dec!
    • Now I am calling Airtel and they say waiver is already given as per their record and their record only says issue got resolved in 1 week and 100/- is waived off and now I have to pay 905/-!

    Please help. I can provide more details if required.

    Note: I called some 20 times their support (12190) but no luck. I tried reaching nodal officer at 080-4115338 and no answer from there.

    Update [7-Feb-12 5:50PM]: SR# 11392054 is newly logged today and I am waiting to hear from Airtel.

    Thanks Rakesh for your reply.
    Some more updates:
    - I got to know there were 5 SR raised between 4-Nov to 19-Dec-11 to finally get me back the connection.
    - Waiver is given considering only one SR and its closure period
    - Hope SR# 11392054 says it clearly in your application. (I am getting too many versions from your support and finally I am nowhere.
    Note: Today also I got a call from your support asking me to pay 905/-! Please call me once the waiver is correctly given and I hate hearing people asking me to pay faulty amount.

    Hello,

    I am not hearing from Airtel now. Its the same situation last 2 months. When the next billing cycle starts you disconnect my connection and I have to struggle a lot to get the connection. Upon that again have to explain hundreds of call from your support asking me to pay this faulty bill.
    Kindly do the needful and reset this false bill.
