I had a vodafone number from Mumbai - 9930207361. I wanted to get it disconnected as i had moved to USA. I sent 2 different emails to Vodafonecare.Mum@vodafone.com along with the Vodafone Priority form attached on 25/11/2011, Vodafone did not acknowledge it and further more it has charged my bank direct debit for next two months December and January. This is highly unprofessional and highly unethical.
Please settle my money as i have been charged illegally for two months even i after requested for disconnect.
