    Post Wrong balance Deduction

    Dear Sir,

    My mobile No. is 9045597224.
    Network Operator Tata Docomo

    my Complaint is Tata docomo deduct my Prepaid balance without any reason.
    they said you have download chargeable content whereas i did't do anything.
    pl. do the needful.
