I have been using Aircel (8553031000) for last few months. Last couple of months they have charged me in excess for 3g service thou i have opted Rs. 92 (200MB) free.

My Credit limit has been 2000.00 but overnight it was 6000.00+. They deactivated my services immediately. When I took up with the nodal officer they came up with explanation. I have spent a lot of my money call this nodal officer and went visited their office. But still my calls were barred for the fault on the Aircel end.

After a lot of deliberation they gave me a discount on the same. Moment I got the details i have made my payment immediately. But still my outgoing was barred.

When I called the Nodal officer today morning they have no clue for the same.

I have gone thru a tremendous trauma for last few days.
