    Angry Vodafone Postpaid Bill Issue & Very Worst Service.

    Hi All,

    i am using Vodafone Postpaid. i have paid Amout Using Vodafone SSK. I got the Receipt. But in that the Date was mentioned as 01/01/2002. But the paid date was Last week 23/01/2012. i have contacted local vodafone store. They took it as Compliant and sent the scaned receipt to them higher offical. Also i have called Customer Care and made compliant. Compliant No is 342172290. SR No is 117595780. During this week 4 times my sim was locked by them. I paid the Amount. That Amout was not credited to my account. Also i didn't proper reply and final result. My Mobile No is 9843907060 and My Name is Suresh Ganesan.

    We called, but your phone was switched off. Please provide the batch ID and a scanned copy of the receipt to your nearest Vodafone Store for better assistance with the matter.     Hello,

    Did you Read the post fully? or Don't You have the habit of reading?

    Clearly i have mentioned, in my previous post that i have done Compliant both side(Customer care and Vodafone Store). Also i have mentioned that Compliant ID from Customer care and Also SR no from Local Vodafone Store. In local vodafone store, they scanned my Receipt. In that, Transaction ID, Receipt No and Batch IDs are there. They gave that SR to Me for scanned and sent the Receipt and Details of my issue. Also they spoke with the person via phone.

    Do not post your reply like as OLD TAPE RECORD. why don't you go with this Compliant No and SR No. Don't try to make a call. Already My Connection was Locked by your stupid and worst network.

    At First, you have Release My Connection and Contact with Me. Further i can not go to your worst vodafone store. Already i spent so much time with your worst people. I could get permission form my office. I am not like as your useless people. i have do my duty otherwise i will loss my Job.

    Angry Vodafone Postpaid Bill Issue & Very Worst Service.

    Vodafone India,

    Yesterday from Customer care one lady(mariapriya) called me and promissed that this issue will be solved by 4PM of 01/02/2012. But there is no solution or response yet. Also i sent all the required documents to her via mail. But what is the use? i don't have anyother solution rather than going to the court of LAW. Hope you will not push me to that Limit. Respond ASAP.
