    Angry Reliance GSM irritating cutting of balance...

    dear sir,
    i ramchandra using reliance gsm 9014645424. everyday cutting my balance by activating XYZ offers if i'm check regularly and give complaint then they said that ur details not avalable or server down....etc reasons i'm not recharge my mobile above 30rs with that reason for long time...i lost nearly 50 rs in last one month...i'll see this month only if i did'nt get proper response i'll change my network with MNP.

    dear sir,
    i navi using reliance gsm 8929602884. everyday cutting my balance by activating XYZ offers in mid night if i'm check regularly and give complaint then they said that ur details not avalable or server down after every half an hour and after 4 days they have same problem....etc reasons have not recharge with that reason for long time...i lost nearly 400rs within 5 days ..after two months i call yesterday at complaint no.198 she still says that there is server problem call me later..........that is too much .yesterday i recharged my account of rs50 bt i lost all balance in the morning....and got 2 msg in which they wrote tht ur balance is 15rs and in 2nd msg they wrote tht ur balance is 2rs.what is this??every time they cut my balance without my knowledge.either provide me proper reason or pay my balance back to me.i'll see this month only if i did'nt get proper response i will change this to another network

    Default cutting again mu balance

    dear sir/madam,
    my request no is 171851748.after complaining tey provide me 60 rs yesterday bt they again cut my whole balance to 0rs....i inquiried for it to customer care and senior representetive KUSUM madam both says tht there r sm technical problem ......plz take strict steps against it to reliance company.

    sir cs representative disguessed with me about the problem....and he promises that it will never repeat again.But it will again repeated yesterday rs 3/- cut from my balance without any notice and conformation msg what gonna do now
