    Post Discrepancy in the accounts settling bill

    Subject: Discrepancy in the accounts settling bill for the GSM no 9529876672 issued with the Name Vipin Kumar Shrivastava, 96, Everest Vihar, Kings Road, Nirman Nagar, Jaipur, andRelationship No 500000308313 bill issued for the period 14.11.11 to 13.12.11 amounting Rs. 1425.00.

    Sir,
    On receipt of the above, payment made through chque no391023 dated 15..12.11 amount Rs.1425 State Bank of India by mentioning my mobile no 9529876672 behind the cheque, cleared from my account on 5.1.2012. In spite of that undersigned got regular reminders for depositing the bill, further all details informed to your call centre. Further got massage on my mobile from 53738 at 10:38:18 on 12.1.12 reading as follows:
    ‘DEAR RELIANCE USERS PLS PAY RS 1425 TO CONINUE ENJOYING OUTGOING SERVICES. WE VALUE YOUR ASSOCIATION WITH US’
    I do not hesitate to say such type of problem experience earlier also and company has established illegal extortion of money with poor services by offering financial and mental torture to the customers through disconnecting services, considering the same an amount mentioned above Rs.1425/- again deposited through Debit Card against the receipt no S208828779 dated 12..1.2012 at Jaipur.
    Considering the same as my bad experience my alternative CDMA no 9336569056 closer request given with all documents at Reliance Web World, Tulsi Theatre, Lucknow in the month of September,2012 but needful yet to be done at to your end.
    You are requested please revert back the amount and adjust in my next bill, failing which I should not have any other objective to bring case against Consumer Protection Act against you at your own cost and liabilities.
