    Default tata docomo add on packs complain

    i did a online recharge of of 53 for a sms pack on 26th around 3 am. but till now has not been activated and i am being charged based on previous pack only!
    kindly please look into this mater! when i spoke to one of the customer care they were like u were already using some pack earlier because of this i am not able to use. if its so then for what tata docomo is charging money from me.

    and same matter happened with me some 3 months back when i did a internet pack for 2.5GB free usage and the next day i did a 3G pack but they canceled the 2.5GB pack telling that whatever your previous pack you were using gets automatically cancelled if you'l do a new pack recharge . which just didint happen this time.
    i had put an online complain last time too but i never got any response from tata docomo. hopping atleast time time tata docomo will look into this matter!

    i revived a mail from tata docomo telling that one of thier representative will contact me within 24hrs but that also didn't happen!

    i got just a single mail informing that my pack has been lapsed since i did multiple pack recharge! but i just want to know on what bases they decide which pack they have to cancel since last time they lapsed my first pack and this time the second one.

    moreover if i was not eligible for the pack what for i am being charged.

    i tried calling your customer care too but somethimes they wont pick up the call only or sometime they'll just keep on hold or ask for transferring the call and keep me on hold for more than a hour also.

    i had two complains regarding this issue! i was just giving complain number after that nothing has been done not even a single call by tata docomo . it was promised that they would solve the issue by 31th jan 2012 but tata docomo is not willing to respond only to the complain every time i inquire abut it they just give a new complain number. my two complain numbers are 417322 and GBL0922044947. i am serioluy feed up by the response of the care you provide
