Bharti airtel deducting balance fraudulently Since many days my balance have been deducted for no reason. When i called customer care they told me some service has been activated on my number when i urged to stop them they gave me this complaint reg number (cbdmo20126234120) and told me that it will stop from tomorrow. Yesterday airtel have deducted rs 17 from my account. When i asked the reason they said rs15 was for renewal of some filthy service that i don't need on my mobile and rs.2 for two other services. Day before yesterday i called customer care regarding this balance deducting problem they registered the complaint and told me to dial *123*5# and check the services and unsubscribe them. I did unsubscribe all the services even though rs.17 yesterday and rs.2 today have been deducted without any reason. Since i have not registered for any services i did not check but balance very often but i did not know that this kind of thing is happening in my back. This balance deducting problem have been there since many days and i am not sure about the exact date but from last three days under my notice i found a deduction of rs24 from my account. This is causing me a great problem. So i am bound to launch this complaint. My mobile number is 7896775544. Assam circle bongaigaon. I NEED THE REPLY.
