    Thumbs down Frequent Incorrect Charges For Airtel Postpaid

    Hello Sir,

    I am Vijaykumar Tupkar , with Airtel Postpaid Connection no . 9975634836 .It has win 149 cug plan .

    Also I am using Value added services like Rs 99 for SMS PACK AND Rs 98/98 for GPRS PLAN..

    Now for a month of December my total rental is 346.81 +Call Charges 537.10 + other sms charges aprro. 30 = ( TOTAL ) 914 + ( TAX ) 91 = 1005


    GPRS Charges ----Rs 1289 ( excluding 98/99 rs GPRS PLAN )

    Issues going on from last two month ..Last month ( December ) when requested for PORT IN airtel offered me 2GB DATA for Rs 99 , as in November airtel charged me 1050 for GPRS .
    So For Month for December my TOTAL GPRS Usage is 672 MB . And after port in offer airtel changed my previous 1GB PLAN (RS 98 ) TO 2GB ( Rs 99 ) . and airtel says they charge according to pro data rate .
    so GPRS Plan changed on 25 December and for 20 to 25th December plan was 1 GB and on wards 2 GB.
    so for 24 th and 25 th december airtel charged me nearly 1000 rs FOR gprs usage..

    Actual case i didn't use even 1 GB DATA for a month , total use was only 672 MB , According their pro data rate I am charged Rs 1000 for single day....
    I already complained with customer care and they resolved the issue saying that charges are valid ...

    so any how i have to pay 1200 extra charges for second time...


    For a Month for November Bill was Rs 1846 out of that Rs 1050 for only GPRS , for that month my usage was 1070 MB , Their plan offer 1GB FOR 98 ...
    SO FOR ONLY 46 MB extra DATA I PAID RS 1050 ...

    ALSO their billing method is very great ...

    what they do is they charge 30 paise for 20 kb , so what happens whether we use 1 kb or 20kb they charge same that is 30 paise . according this airtel earn 1000 rs for 100 MB DATA...this is total cheat method , each and every customer get cheated by airtel , airtel earn lots of money by cheating method...

    MY complain is that for a month of december I used only 672 MB DATA which is less than 1GB , but according their pro data rate they says this is correct ...but this is total cheating ....this is second time they charging more 1000 rs for doing nothing....
    Airtel is not listening to complain saying that charges are valid ...

    please help out me....

    I am just paying for doing nothing....

    Airtel Service Request No is 41727781. Airtel says issue has been resolved but this is totally cheating....

    No solution from Airtel Presense Yet...
    Airtel keeps cheating ways...

    Nothing has been resolved...
    Yesterday I got call from Airtel Presence , saying that charges are valid according thier Plan though its totally cheating...
    Person was unable to see check my bill , so told me Call you back ...so conversion without any resolution ...

    I called that Number many times but not no response , they are not receiving call...

    Airtel wants to keep cheating...here we can see most of the complains about Airtel...

    Let it be...At last I am going to change Service Provider ....
