Dear Sir,My name is Govind Agarwal and my number is 9362164682. 10 days back i have made a recharge of Rs.98 for mobile internet pack. But the same has not been activated. When I called the customer care they informed that the internet pack is for Rs.99 and not for Rs.98. So I asked for the refund of Rs.98 which has already been deducted but they said that the amount will not be refunded nor I can get the talktime balance for the said amount stating that reliance dont have any pack for Rs.98. If Reliance dont have Rs.98 pack then why they are accepting the same. Either the amount has to be refunded or it will be credited to the talktime balance. Ultimately the amount credited in reliance account then why they are unable to refund the same to the customer. If they have any problem in their software then why the customer should pay for that..Also meantime Rs.19 has been deducted from my balance towards renewal of sms pack. But neither the sms pack has been activated nor the amount has been re credited to my account. On contacting customer care they are saying some techincal problem to activate the sms pack. Then why they are deducting the amount in advance when they are not able to provide the said service. Also once u activate any value added service in reliance next time it will be re activated deducting the balance stating that this is an auto renewal process. I cant understand reliance cant force its subscriber in terms of company policy. Once i have activated internet for my use that doesnt mean i have to use it each and every time. You are requested to please look into the matter seriously for the sake of customer.Thanks and Regards
